What to send us to get your website built
Good news first: you don’t have to write anything. Copywriting is included on both of our plans. What we need from you is the information only you have, and some photos of your work.
Here’s the checklist.
1. Answers to a short questionnaire
After you pick a starting design, we’ll send you a short questionnaire. It covers things like:
- Your services. What you do, and what you’d like more of.
- Your towns. Where you work, so customers searching nearby can tell you cover their area.
- What makes you different. How long you’ve been at it, whether you’re licensed and insured, and what customers usually thank you for.
- How people should reach you. Phone, email, and whether you’d like a quote form.
Short answers are fine. We turn them into the words on your site.
2. Photos of your work
Real photos beat stock photos every time. Customers want to see what you actually did. A few tips:
- Send more than you think we need. We’ll pick the best ones.
- Phone photos are fine. Take them in daylight, hold the phone steady, and don’t use zoom.
- Before-and-after pairs work well for landscaping, cleanups, paving and remodels.
- Photos of you or your crew on the job help people feel like they know who’s showing up.
If you only have a few good photos right now, that’s OK. We can launch with what you have and swap in new ones later with an edit request.
3. Your logo (if you have one)
If you have a logo, send the best file you have. The original from whoever designed it is ideal, but a clear image works too.
No logo? We’ll design one for free, and it’s yours to keep.
4. Your colors (optional)
If your trucks, uniforms or signs already use certain colors, tell us so your site matches. If not, we’ll suggest a palette that fits your trade.
What happens next
Once we have your answers and photos, we custom-code your starting design with your logo, colors, photos and services, and write the copy. You get a preview link and two rounds of changes. When you approve it, we put it live.
Ready to start? Fill out the quote form. It takes about 2 minutes.
